What kind of products do you sell?
We currently offer high-quality unisex t-shirts, sweatshirts, and gifts featuring our original designs. Each piece is made for everyday comfort and easy styling.
Are your t-shirts unisex?
Yes. All our apparel is unisex and designed to fit comfortably on all body types.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size chart on each product page. If you prefer a relaxed fit, consider sizing up. Still unsure? Reach out to us—we’re happy to help.
I want to send this as a gift. Do you include prices in the package?
No invoices or prices are included inside the package.

Printing & Quality

How should I care for my apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, with similar colours. Avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry for best results. Do not iron directly on the design.
Will the print fade or crack?
With proper care, your print will stay looking great. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water and air drying when possible.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped within Canada.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping across Canada.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each item is made to order and typically ships within 7–10 business days, with delivery taking an additional 2–5 business days.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for size or preference changes.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos at hello@tagzlife.com, and we’ll make it right -  at no extra cost.

Payments & Taxes

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure payment options available through Shopify.
Are prices shown in Canadian dollars?
Yes, all prices are listed in CAD.
Will I be charged tax?
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Valentine’s Collection & Bundles

Are matching sets required?
Not at all. Our Valentine’s Collection is designed to work together—but each piece stands perfectly on its own.
Do you offer bundle discounts?
Yes! We offer 15% discount when you purchase multiple items. Bundle discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
Will my order arrive in time for Valentine’s Day?
We recommend ordering early, as all items are made to order. Orders placed closer to the date may arrive after February 14 depending on production and shipping timelines.
